Hold on! Before requesting an exchange, please ensure you’ve correctly adjusted the product’s size. Many of our products, such as harnesses, collars, and coats, are adjustable, so it might just require some fine-tuning to fit your pet perfectly.
If you still wish to exchange for a different size or color, please send your order details and request to support@fluffyfusion.com, and we’ll provide you with the return and exchange instructions.
Please note that returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition. Fluffy Fusion will process your refund or ship out your new product within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
